Healing Souls is an independent digital publisher operated by Marcela Clotilde, based in Argentina. We sell worldwide digital educational products. We do not have a physical office in the United States.

After successful payment via Shopify, you will receive immediate access to download the files and a backup link by email. It is your responsibility to save the files to your device. If you lose access, contact us within 30 days.

5. REFUND POLICY - 7 DAY GUARANTEE
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email soymarcelaclotilde@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and we will refund 100% of your $24 USD. After 7 days, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from your purchase will be resolved under Argentine jurisdiction. By purchasing, you agree to this jurisdiction. For international customers, we will first attempt to resolve any issue via good-faith email communication.
