1. WHO WE ARE
Healing Souls is operated by Marcela Clotilde from Argentina. We sell digital products worldwide via Shopify. Contact: soymarcelaclotilde@gmail.com

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase:
- Name, email address, billing country
- Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal — we NEVER see or store your full card number)

Automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information via Shopify cookies

3. HOW WE USE IT
- To deliver your digital product and send your download link
- To process refunds and provide customer support via email
- To comply with tax and accounting laws in Argentina
- With your consent: to send you occasional helpful emails (you can unsubscribe anytime with one click)

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. THIRD PARTIES
Your data is processed by:
- Shopify Inc. (Canada/USA) - our store platform
- Stripe/PayPal - payment processors
- Google (Gmail) - for customer support emails

These providers are GDPR and CCPA compliant and store data on secure servers outside Argentina.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Because you may be in the US, EU, or UK and we are in Argentina, your data will be transferred internationally to process your order. By purchasing, you consent to this transfer.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Our product is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. For users under 18, parental supervision is required for equine sessions.

We use SSL encryption and Shopify's secure infrastructure. However, no online transmission is 100% secure.
